12CrMo alloy steel pipe is a high-strength, high-hardness alloy steel pipe, mainly composed of carbon, chromium, molybdenum, manganese and other elements, with excellent high-temperature strength and heat resistance. It is suitable for working environments that withstand high temperature and high pressure.
The implementation standard of 12CrMo alloy steel pipe is GB/T 9948-2013, and its manufacturing process mainly includes smelting, continuous casting, rolling and heat treatment. During the rolling process, multiple rolling processes are involved to gradually expand the cross-sectional shape of the steel billet and improve the strength and hardness of the material.
In addition, 12CrMo alloy seamless pipe is similar to American standard ASTM A213, ASTM A335, among which 12CrMo is similar to American standard ASTM A213 T22, ASTM A335 P22 petroleum cracking pipe.
